You are part of that generation that's coming up and I think that's an exciting thing to see happen in Hawaii. It also is the same phenomenon that brings our children, my children back here. Hawaii has always been an exporter of people; we've always been an exporter of people but the fact that there is a dynamic occurring in Hawaii right now, partly because of the economy but probably because of a lot of things having to do with the internet and education and what not. That people are willing to come back to Hawaii and give it a chance. With all of its handicaps in terms of geography and the kind of service industry we have as opposed to our primary economy. I think those are all things that are really exciting. And it means, from a selfish perspective it means that I can see my children more often, it means that I can see my grandchildren and it means that Hawaii is going to be a better place. And I think all of you are very much a part of the movement and if there's anything I can do to fan that fire, I'm there. If you have a bunch of people who are together and who are all dedicated to trying to help the community they live in as well as help each other succeed, it makes for a better community. It makes for a better place to live. It means that our economy is going to be healthier. It means that the development of social capital by young people is going to be able to develop programs that will help the less fortunate in our community. It means a whole lot of things but it's your play. It's your generation that's going to do it; ours had its successes and has had its failures. Hopefully things like this program will help your generation avoid some of the pitfalls that we faced.
