Most of the people who are on the cusp of that last decision whether they want to go forward with something they've always wanted to do. People need to see that changing your life doesn't always mean you have to sacrifice or compromise those things that are important to you right now. And I think that's the first thing you got to address. What's important to you right now? Okay, I'm not going to say what it should be but I'll say what it is for me. And people can have their own notes because some people aren't in the same situation.

I think you guys make wonderful Margaritas and so I think that's, you know, we're loose, very loose here, it's relaxing, and it's just fun to come and have a discussion and hopefully, who knows, inspire one or more and it's just, you guys are doing good work here and I've heard your past interviews and it's terrific so thanks.

I find even though we're asking a lot of the same questions, we're covering a lot of the same ground, tell us about your entrepreneurial career, tell what motivate you and how you pick yourself up in your field, the context for those questions is all so different. But there's never a moment of boredom. There's never a moment of repetition that is draining.
